At Fantasy Fragrance, we want you to be completely enchanted by your scent; if you are not satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure products are in their original packaging and remain at least 95% full to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the 'Return' option next to your order history to receive a unique return authorization number.
Secure the Decanter
Carefully pack the fragrance in its original box and protective sleeve to ensure it arrives back at our apothecary without any damage or leaks.
Apply the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned fragrance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
